Jeremy Piven

Actor, producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Jeremy Piven has earned a wide swath of critical acclaim and public recognition during his extensive career. From his early work on the hit sitcom The Larry Sanders Show to his acclaimed portrayal of Ari Gold in the HBO series Entourage, Piven has shown an impressive acting range and a deep commitment to his craft.

He appeared in several box-office hits, including Black Hawk Down, Old School and Heat, and scored a supporting role in the Academy Award-winning film American Beauty. But it was in 1998 that Piven really broke out, starring as Spence Kovak in the dark comedy Cupid and becoming a regular cast member on NBC’s sitcom Ellen, where he portrayed her father.

After a few years of small-budget films, he was cast as ruthless talent agent Ari Gold in the Emmy-winning television series Entourage, which launched him to international fame. He also starred in the British period drama Mr Selfridge, as well as playing a lead character in the sitcom Cupid and a guest appearance on Rush Hour 2.

In 2019, Piven returned to the big screen with the critically acclaimed movie Last Call opposite Oscar winner Bruce Dern and Orange is the New Black star Taryn Manning. Other upcoming projects include the comedy film American Night opposite Emile Hirsch and Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Legit Wiseguy with Palme d’Or winner director Roland Joffe, and period drama The Walkopposite Justin Chatwin and Oscar nominee Terrence Howard.
